Garlic Savoury
Stir Noodles
Ingredients

1 Bag of Roasted Shallot & Garlic Protein Noodles

80–100g sliced pork or chicken
-
10g garlic, minced
-
30g broccoli
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tsp sugar
-
1 tbsp vegetable oil
-
20–30ml water
PREPARATION

Cook the Garlic Flavour Protein Noodles (1 portion) in boiling water for 7 minutes until tender.

Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add pork/chicken and cook until lightly browned.

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water.

Add noodles and toss well until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.

Serve hot for a comforting, savoury meal.
