Garlic Savoury
Stir Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Roasted Shallot & Garlic Protein Noodles

  • 80–100g sliced pork or chicken

  • 10g garlic, minced

  • 30g broccoli

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 20–30ml water

PREPARATION

  • Cook the Garlic Flavour Protein Noodles (1 portion) in boiling water for 7 minutes until tender.

  • Drain and set aside.

  • Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  • Add pork/chicken and cook until lightly browned.

  • Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water.

  • Add noodles and toss well until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.

serving

  • Serve hot for a comforting, savoury meal.
