High & Low began with a simple idea. To create a noodle that delivers real nutrition without compromising on flavour, convenience, or quality.
Growing up in Taiwan, noodles were always more than just a meal. They were part of everyday life. From bustling street food markets to family kitchens, noodles are a staple that bring people together. But as lifestyles became busier and health awareness grew, it became clear that many convenient noodle options were lacking in nutritional value.
High & Low was created to bridge that gap.
By combining traditional inspiration with modern nutrition, we set out to develop a noodle that works for today’s lifestyle. A product that is quick to prepare, satisfying to eat, and designed to support balanced energy throughout the day.
