We believed noodles could be better.

Most instant noodles are built mainly around refined carbohydrates, convenience and flavour. They can be quick and comforting, but often offer very little protein, fibre or lasting satisfaction. We believed noodles could be better.

So we created HIGH & LOW — high-protein, lower-carb, low-GI noodles made with plant-based protein and authentic Taiwanese flavour.

High protein

Each serving contains around 18–24g of plant-based protein, helping you feel fuller for longer and supporting muscle maintenance, recovery and everyday energy.

Protein is not just for gym users. It is important for appetite control, healthy ageing, daily performance and long-term wellbeing.

High fiber

Each serving contains 4g dietary fibre to help support satisfaction and make your meal feel more complete.

Combined with protein and low-GI carbohydrates, fibre helps create a more balanced everyday noodle option.

Lower Carb

Compared with standard similar instant noodles, HIGH & LOW is designed with reduced carbohydrates, making it a smarter choice for people who want to enjoy noodles without relying on a high-carb meal.

Carbs are not the enemy. The key is choosing better-quality carbohydrates that work with your body, not against it.

Low GI 

HIGH & LOW noodles are low GI, with a glycaemic index of less than 40.

​

Low-GI foods are digested and absorbed more slowly, helping support a steadier release of energy after eating.

​

That means a more balanced noodle meal — without the sharp spike and crash often associated with high-GI convenience foods.

Plant-based and non-fried

HIGH & LOW noodles are 100% plant-based and non-fried.

​

They are made using an air-dried process, giving you the convenience of noodles without the heavy feel of traditional fried instant noodles.
